Job Context:
∎ IID is a public policy institute that promotes informed and inclusive development through evidence-based policy advocacy.
∎ IID is registered as a nonprofit organization in Bangladesh under Section 28 of the Companies Act 1994.
∎ Job Nature: Full-time (after the satisfactory completion of 3 months` probation period)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka
∎ Please note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IID is observing home-office till December 2020, with rare occasional visits to the office.
∎ The job may also involve travel outside Dhaka if required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring IID's social media strategy
∎ Create, curate, and manage content for IID's website and social media platforms
∎ Explore social media trends, tools, and best practices in branding and communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have experience in Word press, Social media management, Backend Management, Virtual meeting management by using Zoom app or others, Visual Story Telling
∎ Visual Storytelling and understanding of how contents work on a social web
∎ Good sense of design aesthetics
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Good writing skill in English and Bengali is a must.
∎ Good analytical skills and excellent communication and representative skills (written, oral)
∎ Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a team setting.
∎ Ability to work with minimum supervision, pays attention to details, meets deadlines, maintain accuracy and confidentiality in performing responsibilities.

Salary:
∎ Based on experience, we offer you a salary range of BDT 21,600 - 29,600
