Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Running company social media advertising campaigns.
∎ Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
∎ Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
∎ Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
∎ Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
∎ Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
∎ Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
∎ Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
∎ Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
∎ To adopt & sustain a flexible approach to the work of the team.
∎ Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
∎ Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
∎ Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
∎ Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
∎ Prepare sales report and present it in front of reporting manager and management.
∎ Analysis market opportunity & plans, understand customer demands.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Social media marketing experience.
∎ Experience developing social media strategies.
∎ Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
∎ Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
∎ Proven ability to build social media communities.
∎ Understanding of graphic design principles.
∎ Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
∎ Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
∎ Candidate must be physically fit, energetic & wellness.
∎ Candidate must be beautiful eloquence & smiling face.
Salary: Negotiable
