Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore market to acquire new SME loan Customer.
∎ Achieve individual “Monthly Business Target” in SME.
∎ Ensure retention of the acquired customer and manage NPL of own asset portfolio.
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower.
∎ Prepare sales report (Daily/weekly/monthly).
∎ Ensure quality services to the customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills (oral and writing)
∎ Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement and result oriented.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and capable team-player.
