Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field from a govt. recognized Bangladeshi institution

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Must have minimum 2-3 (Two-Three) Years’ experience in construction site/ management works.
• Must be Hardworking.
• Daily work should be completed daily as per work program.
• Ensure the safety of construction sites.
• Any other activities as and when required by the management.·        
• Must be able to understand/speak/write English.

• Must be target works oriented, able to fulfil responsibilities.
• Completion of all works in full with engineers & others to identify the in-depth details of the project.
• Project implementation work to be done.
• Accomplish necessary tasks like materials receiving at any time.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct equipment and material acquisition and stocks.
• Evaluate project progress and create detailed reports.
• Prepared of daily work program, daily statement, Materials stocks statements, procurement and equipment’s reports to be send Site Engineers and Project Manager regularly.
• Providing time to time reports to the Project Co-ordinator, Project Manager and Site Engineer.
