Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field from a government-recognized Bangladeshi institution.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction site/management works.

• Must be Hardworking.

• Daily work should be completed as per the work program.

• Ensure the safety of construction sites.

• Any other activities as and when required by the management.

• Must be able to understand/ speak/ write English

Responsibilities:

• Must be target-oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Completion of all works in full with the engineers & others to identify the in-depth details of the project.

• Project implementation work to be done.

• Accomplish necessary tasks, like materials receiving at any time.

• Ensure deadlines are met.

• Conduct equipment and material acquisition and stock.

• Evaluate project progress and create detailed reports.

• Prepare daily work program, daily statement, Materials stocks statements, procurement, and equipment reports to be sent to Site Engineers and Project Manager regularly.

• Providing time-to-time reports to the Project Co-ordinator, Project Manager, and Site Engineer.
