Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Minimum 8-10 years in any mega civil construction projects or real estate, etc.

• Highly skilled in project management and technically sound to ensure excellent quality.

• Should have a positive attitude & devoted to hard work.

• Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated, and value-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the project planning work diagram & progress update report

• Coordinate with consultants for drawing and decisions, as well as maintain safety measures.

• Coordinate the structure & finishing works (Piling, Civil structure, Steel structure, SS, Facade, Cladding Tiles, aluminum, wood, and paint, interior works, etc.)

• Preparation of work methodology, safe work procedure & risk analysis.

• Quality control & quality assurance of the products and overall work.

• To prepare the schedule & reschedule as per site requirements & environmental conditions.

• Good computer skills with architectural design, Auto CAD, and software operation.

• Co-ordination with consultants for drawings & decisions, as well as maintaining safety measures.

• Visit upcoming project sites & prepare feasibility study.
