We are hiring at K&A Logistics Ltd, a joint venture of Kanraphuli Group and Advantis.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

• Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations during the assigned shift.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.

  Inventory Control & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks.

• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.

• Coordinate with the inventory team to minimize discrepancies and losses.

  Staff Supervision & Coordination:

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workforce utilization.

• Conduct shift handovers with clear communication on pending tasks and operational updates.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.

  Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and best practices.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce proper handling of materials.

• Maintain hazardous materials in a controlled and safe manner.

• Initiate work permits for high-risk activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

  Training & Awareness Programs:

• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on operational and safety procedures.

• Conduct induction sessions for new joiners and temporary staff.

• Maintain attendance records of training sessions for future reference.

  Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor warehouse productivity and report key performance metrics to management.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock levels, damages, and discrepancies.

  Emergency Preparedness & Response:

• Ensure warehouse staff are trained in emergency procedures and response protocols.

• Support emergency drills and maintain necessary safety equipment.

• Take prompt action in case of safety incidents or equipment failures.
