• Diploma in Civil

• Any Govt. Polytechnic Institute with minimum 05 years experience.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in construction supervision of large-scale multistoried institutional / factory buildings.

• Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.

• Computer proficiency : MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD is required

Designers guild, an Architectural and Engineering Consulting Firm is searching for deserving candidates for immediate appointment.

Job Responsibilities:

• To supervise large-scale construction works independently and maintaining measurement book (MB) .
• To prepare daily work progress report and submit to the authority concern.
• To follow the construction schedule.
• Project planning, prepare BOQ, estimating, costing, bill checking.
• To place the material purchase requisition (MPR) as per drawing and design and ensure the quality of supplied materials based on the specification.
• Maintain stock, Keep track of physical stock and computer records.
• To maintain liaison with contactors, clients and management.
