Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Govt. polytechnic Institute with minimum 10 years experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise large-scale construction works independently.
∎ To prepare daily work progress report and submit to the authority concern.
∎ To follow the construction schedule.
∎ Project planning, prepare BOQ, estimating, costing, bill checking.
∎ To place the material purchase requisition (MPR) as per drawing and design and ensure the quality of supplied materials based on the specification.
∎ Maintain stock, Keep track of physical stock and computer records.
∎ To maintain liaison with contactors, clients and management.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in construction supervision of large-scale multistoried institutional / factory buildings.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Computer proficiency is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
