Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
Estimate of materials, work volume.
To prepare project and material planning.
To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensuring project work.
To follow-up project activities & should have strong command on project site.
To ensure quality construction works.
To control costs and wastages, maintain inventory & stocks.
To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
To identify errors, gaps and escalate as required and maintaining site safety.
Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
