Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:      

• To supervise & execute the construction of building projects including shore pile, Basement, superstructure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per approved drawing.
• Having in-depth knowledge and understanding of architectural & engineering design drawing.
• Monitor and inspect all construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Efficiency in completing the projects within the given time frame.
• Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
• Responsible for total project planning project implementation reducing the cost & wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
• Capable to do any work related to site management as assigned by the company.
• Assure store checking and maintain documentation properly.
• Check the bill and quantities of every work item according to the original.
• Ensures all the safety codes and security of all workers, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of all contractors, Rubbish management and wastage control in terms of all materials.
• Oversee all utility bills because of excessive uses of water, electricity and others.
• Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
