Responsibilities & Context:
1. Understanding the construction plan of the project.
2. Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
3. Supervising the construction site along with the contractor.
4. Managing daily activities on the site.
5. Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.
6. Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
7. Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
8. Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
9. Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
10. Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
11. Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.
12. Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.
