∎ BSc/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction site visit every working day & whole time stay at site as per need.
∎ Ensure quality work & Materials as per Standard Construction Procedure (SCP).
∎ Prepare construction-related drawings & BoQ as per the Construction Engineer's need.
∎ Taken & understanding all work orders from Construction Engineer.
∎ Checklist prepared for all completed construction work.
∎ Bill checking after receiving from Vendor & Keeping all work documents.
∎ All Construction field reports send to Construction Engineer timely.
∎ Provide service to all about any kind of construction-related work.
∎ Appropriate site selection for new construction work as per standard.
∎ Evaluates and assess works schedules, materials, labor, and program including the comparison with the baselines, and monitor of quality of such during the progress of works and report to the Construction Engineer accordingly.
∎ Provides support and guidance to the contractor and assists in resolving site problems as necessary.
∎ Maintain records, and compile periodic reports and any specific reports required by donors & JCF Organization.
∎ Assist the Construction Engineer with assessment, the definition of the scope of works, development, and preparation of designs and technical specifications and estimates for new works. Follow the organization's Child Protection Policy & others.
∎ Perform any other duties as required by the Project Coordinator (Just Information to Construction Engineer).
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in any reputed NGO spatially for procurement.
∎ Must have at least 5 years of the relevant field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle driving license and must use MC.
∎ Excellent skills in project management, financial management, and report writing.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Understanding of an eye for detail.
∎ Good time management skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 63,525 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
