Responsibilities & Context:
Cut & Build is looking for a dynamic and responsible Site Engineer for supervising interior design, fit-out, and construction projects. The candidate must have practical site management experience, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain project quality and timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Study and review all types of drawings including Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Interior drawings to identify any discrepancies or deviations.
Supervise all site construction and interior fit-out works to ensure proper execution as per design and specification.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team for smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare work progress reports.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at site.
Implement work schedule as per project timeline and provide necessary instructions to workers and subcontractors.
Ensure safety and security measures at project sites.
Control material wastage and maintain proper site management.
Prepare quantity estimation, collect quotations, and assist in comparative statement preparation and rate negotiation.
Maintain project branding, cleanliness, and professional environment during project execution.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
