• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Mandatory On-Site stay: The candidate must stay on-site at the project location. On-Site accommodation should be arranged as needed to ensure a prompt response to on site needed.

• All Government Polytechnic Institutes or Public Universities like Dhaka Polytechnic Institute/Comilla Polytechnic Institute/Kushtia polytechnic institute/Khulna polytechnic institute/Rangpur polytechnic institute/Rajshahi polytechnic institute/Bogura polytechnic institute e.t.c. are preferable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations is a plus.

• Assist in designing and planning civil engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers.

• Perform site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with project specifications & Provide support in project management, including scheduling and resource allocation Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and project plans.

• Contribute to project management by tracking progress and reporting on milestones .

• Conduct site evaluations to assess the feasibility and design requirements of projects.

• Monitor construction activities for compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration.
