• 5 to 7 years

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 28 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Sincere, Punctual & Hardworking.

• Special knowledge about finishing work.

• Adequate knowledge on office management.

• Supervision and monitor of overall construction work of project and ensure progress as per design and drawing.

• Prepare the cost estimate regarding all types of Civil works.

• Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordination with the purchase/procurement department to ensure the quality and timely receiving of the construction materials at site.

• Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials of the site.

• Prepare contractor/sub-contractors bill on basis of physical work done.

• Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.

• Prepare progress report and work program of the project.

• Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate and quantities.

• Any others task assigned by management.
