Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any public Polytechnic Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To study all working drawings for execution construction works at the site.
∎ To monitor construction works as per working drawing.
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
∎ Develop full-scale project plan and schedule project timeliness and implement & manage project changes and inventions to achieve project output.
∎ Prepare the detailed estimation, costing as well as preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ Preparation of weekly and monthly progress and materials report as per project.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Responsible for preparing actual Running Bill along with Client Staff for all the Projects according to BOQ of the tender & submission to managing the billing process.
∎ To check & finalize the sub-contractor bill as per the quality of completed job/works as terms and conditions of the Work Order.
∎ Prepare all engineering must be AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings, elevation, floor plan and assist to make all design calculations.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years experience in related field.
∎ Must have efficiency in Construction Work.
∎ Must have ability in motorcycle driving.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
