1. Project Planning & Execution: Formulate comprehensive project plans and ensure seamless execution of construction activities within the designated timelines.

2. Site Management & Technical Leadership: Oversee daily site operations and provide expert technical decision-making to resolve on-site engineering challenges effectively.

3. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all construction works adhere to structural drawings, material specifications, and project compliance standards to maintain high-quality results.

4. Daily Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and review detailed Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and labor distribution charts for management review.

5. Day-to-Day Supervision: Directly supervise all site activities, ensuring workers and subcontractors follow safety protocols and architectural guidelines accurately.

6. Technical Drawing Review: Interpret architectural and structural blueprints (including AutoCAD layouts) to ensure precise implementation on the field.
