• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering will be prepared.(Any UGC Approved University).

• Diploma in Civil (Only Govt. Poly Technic Institute).

• 3 to 5 years

• Only Male

• Proven experience in in high rise building Finishing works.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD software.

• Must have strong Communication & Management Skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.

• Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.

• Experience in Intermediate materials inventory on the running projects.

KAIF DEVELOPMENT LTD.is a leading Real Estate & Development company. We are urgently hiring a Civil engineer for our projects Work.

Responsibilities:

• Specially look after a high class residential buildings work.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

• Review the project plans and specifications and comment on possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.

• Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.

• Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client/Department as well as effectively lead the trades.

• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.

• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.

• Inform the Consultant/Client of an errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant`s design drawings.

• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.

• Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

• Ensure that "as built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close...outs to consultant/owner accordingly.

• Ensure daily work target & achievement.

• Ability to hard working.

• Based on the applicant`s experience and qualification.
