Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer

• Age At most 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building Construction site

• At least 3-5 Years Work Experience of Supervision of Site Construction.

• Ability to manage and work under pressure.

• Energetic, confident and proactive.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).

• Excel, MS Project, and Auto Cad would be beneficial.

• Should be Hardworking and Self-motivated.

• Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.

• Responsible for follow up the design and drawing. Also responsible for materials & estimate costs for the project.

• Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.

• Coordinate with direct construction workers.

• Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.

• Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.

• Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
