Experience:

• 2 to 6 years

Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) /Diploma

2 to 4 years for BSC                         

5 to 7 years for Diploma 

Others Experience: The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• 2 to 6 years

• Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.) and provide necessary guidance on the project issues. 

• Prepare necessary BOQ, Estimation, specifications, and budget of works.

• Capable of performing all types of documentation like billing, rate analysis corresponding, checking drawings and bills, etc. 

• Implement technical evaluation of offers to select suitable contractors 

• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors & different service providers Plan, supervise, execute & follow-up procurement of materials for works at site.

• Capable of running/supervising the civil construction part of the project site. 

• Capable to supervise Maintenance work.

• Day to Day report/Updating to Head of Construction To do work orders and other documentation job

• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.

•  Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications. 

• Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control. 

• Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill
