Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering/Master's degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all assigned duties are carried out and that resources are efficiently utilized at all levels.
∎ Organize and supervise the work of his/her department.
∎ Liaise with the Site Disinfection Supervisor on a daily basis and assist in the planning of project tasks by preparing activity/work plan.
∎ Manage Disinfection Operators and WatSan Agent and supervise their regular tasks properly.
∎ Report to the line manager on a regular basis on HR, finance and logistics related matters.
∎ Organize staff capacity building related to different types of training.
∎ Ensure that internal policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.
∎ In collaboration with Logistics Officer, control and monitor the good use of equipment, material and consumables needed for the implementation of the project activities.
∎ Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by the team members.
∎ Submit a report to the line manager daily, weekly, monthly and as required.
∎ Act as a communication conduit between the line manager and staff.
∎ Where required, gather and provide on regular basis necessary information, data, activity pictures, etc.
∎ Maintain regular coordination and communication with other stakeholders and WASH actors.
∎ This list of activities is not exhaustive and additional activities may be requested by Tdh management according to the needs of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience with (I)NGO in relief context (3 to 5 years)
∎ Proven experience in WASH sector with hygiene promotion component (3 to 5 years)
∎ Ability to accomplish assigned tasks accurately and by established deadlines
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
∎ Proficient in written and spoken English
∎ Fluency in the local language will be considered as a plus
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
∎ Excellent organization and communication skills
∎ Professionalism and thoroughness
Salary: Tk. 55400 (Monthly)
