Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing petty cash, updating financial records, and maintaining internal discipline among the sales team.
∎ Monitor inventory levels .
∎ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Meeting sales goals by training, motivating and mentoring store staff
∎ Providing reports and feedback to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ The applicants are required to be proactive, self motivated and energetic.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in retail/wholesale furniture chain as manager or assistant manager.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Pleasant interpersonal communication skills.
∎ The position is open to both male and female candidates
∎ Administrative capability
∎ Self-disciplined, smart, polite, punctual & hard worker
∎ Experience in Branded Store in Bangladesh or abroad will be given much priority.
