Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) is must.
Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations.
Ability to effectively manage staff and resources.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers.
Properly maintain and update showroom displays.
Maintain showroom appearance, including organization and cleanliness.
Conduct regular staff meetings and sales staff meetings.
Oversee showroom operations, including day-to-day maintenance.
Recommend fine points of inventory control.
Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends.
Attend customer demonstrations.
Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the showroom.
Conduct sales meetings with clients.
Develop and maintain business relationships.
Develop new business leads.
Oversee all aspects of the dealership`s showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, products displayed, and the space`s overall appearance and ambiance.
Handle customer sales and purchase requests.
Assist with dealership marketing and promotions.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers. Perform other duties as assigned.
