Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electronics Showroom, Retail Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Undertake shop administration duties such as managing shop budgets, updating financial records, monitor inventory levels, order new items, manage the assets of the shop, etc.
∎ 2. Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the shop are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, and controlling expenses.
∎ 3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ 4. Make sure the shop is meeting the targets and earning profits.
∎ 5. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand shop traffic, and enhance profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
