Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
∎ Serves customers by helping them select products and responds to their questions.
∎ Manages financial transactions.
∎ Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
∎ Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
∎ Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the shop are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, and controlling expenses.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand shop traffic, and enhance profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
