Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be expert lab dip Colour matching.
∎ Best idea recipe & dye combinations.
∎ Must be better knowledge buyer quality standard & test requirement
∎ Daily /Monthly Lab to Bulk best target achievement.
∎ Monitoring all kind of Lab dip dyeing program installations.
∎ Better knowledge ERP software
∎ Buyer wise Lab Dip submission within very short time.
∎ Lab to Bulk correlation check & root cause analysis and corrective action plan.
∎ Follow up every day collect from chemical store necessary dyes & chemical make the solution properly.
∎ Follow up every day Salt, Soda, Caustic solution purity, impurity with pH check very good idea.
∎ Spectraphotometer-Datacolor DCI match & Color tools having best idea.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
