∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have work experience both sewing & finishing section.
∎ Preferable & priority on selection that who are working with customers e.g. Puma, M&S, G-Star, S’Oliver, Tesco, H&M Premium Brand, Next.
∎ To ensure the product quality from sewing to packing as per buyer requirements.
∎ Must have to vast knowledge on technical solving issues on production floor.
∎ Capability on work under pressure & take full ownership on each task.
∎ Must have to know IE modern technology method & technical audit requirements full-fill in floor side.
∎ Conduct P.P. meeting in line before new style feeding & ensure all materials with buyer comments to follow accordingly.
∎ Capability on work to manage the Man-management & sustainable floor management.
∎ Ensure to keep the DHU, Rejection & ISC % level within company goal by product quality improvement.
∎ Must have to ensure hourly, daily, weekly & monthly all quality reports update & execute the defects reduce policy in floor side.
∎ Have to knowledge on RCA/CAPA in modern method & implement all subordinates.
∎ Secure all related MR (Minimum Requirements & MMR in floor side.
∎ Make proper decision & problem solving JUST IN TIME without any fail.
∎ Ensure inline & pre-final goods with keep record before offer any final.
∎ Collaborate all buyer representatives e.g. QS, NQC, GPQ on their inline, pre-final & final products. If any issue raise then must be taken effective solution in floor side.
∎ Make quality personal KPI based on their daily activities & report as well. Also, able to provide training to all subordinates on related topics.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping, goods keeping, sharp object control, label management, Traffic light system, Mock-up, 07 pcs, measurement report as required.
∎ Computer knowledge & English thoroughly talking can be more advantage during selection.
∎ Have to maintain all aspects as per company & buyer requirement.
