Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of man, machine & material.
∎ Hourly production monitoring & ensure the Target achievement.
∎ Make ensure change over time “0” for every style.
∎ Direct, lead and monitor sewing, finishing departments production from line feeding to packing to ensure the targets are meet to ship with buyer quality standard at right time in cost effective manner.
∎ Coordination with cross functional department like planning & IE, maintenance, Store, Cutting, Merchandising, others team to optimize the production level.
∎ Developed and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase the cost-effective production with buyer quality standards.
∎ Take initiative for implementing Kaizen, 5'S, technical and social compliance audit requirements on the Production floor.
∎ Ensure sewing production through line chiefs, line supervisors, operators & helpers.
∎ Set the line lay out as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
∎ Establish effective communication with finishing and cutting manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure & organize training to the Operators and Helpers.
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
∎ Must have experience with H&M & Next Buyer

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
