Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures the tunnel kiln/dryer is working within specifications, safely and efficiently.
∎ Maintain appropriate temperature to ensure best quality output.
∎ Monitor loading & unloading of Dryer/Kilns to maximize productivity.
∎ Check control panel, Gas regulator, Burner’s gas pressure, temperature, etc. and maintain registers.
∎ Observe gauges and instruments and adjust by turning valves (if necessary).
∎ Develop SOP to get approval from dryer/kiln in charge.
∎ Monitor preventive maintenance of Dryer/Kiln to ensure ZERO breakdown.
∎ Check & monitor kiln cars, transfer cars, pusher/puller, entrance/exit door, etc to ensure its proper functioning and longevity.
∎ Solve kiln/dryer related issues (if any) in consultation with kiln in charge.
∎ Identify the scopes of improvement in production and take necessary steps in consultation with the Kiln In charge.
∎ Check status of equipment and consumables, and organizes/requests interventions to maintain optimal conditions.
∎ Any other project/job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in Tunnel Kiln/Dryer installation, commissioning, & operating will be given preference.
