Job Responsibilities:
∎ IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCED IN BODY PREPARATION, BODY BALL MILLS & SPRAY DRYER SECTION:-
∎ Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the Section Head.
∎ Planning for the upcoming product and preparing sampling with the coordination of related departments like Laboratory.
∎ Monitoring the operations of Turbo Blunger, Ball Mill and Spray Dryer to avoid the problems affecting the quality of the product.
∎ Check the parameters and desired quantity of raw materials hourly to maintain quality.
∎ Giving instructions to the operators to perform well and try to avoid breakdowns.
∎ Check the log book status, monitoring process parameters properly.
∎ Communicate all other Shift In-Charge for managing and developing the working process and achieve target production.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related to the Section.
∎ Manage optimum manpower for uninterrupted production.
∎ Understand human behavior at the working place and take necessary steps if any bad incident occurs.
∎ If any critical problem arises, communicate with Section Head. Try to solve the problem with the help of related departmental people Mechanical/Utility Department.
∎ Practice to wear protection equipment to avoid accidents.
∎ Ensure the working area is well managed.
∎ Take the responsibilities from the other operator before starting the Shift and Hand Over the working progress to the other operator at the end time of Shifting.
∎ IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCED IN KILN SECTION:-
∎ Monitor Shade and Color matching after firing and suggest correction.
∎ Coordinate with supervisor or concern for the improvement of Quality & Quantity.
∎ Mention the production schedule and quantity and set suitable perimeter and its monitoring.
∎ Monitor Dryer & Kiln all kinds of Problems with possible Solution to concerned In Charge.
∎ Responsible for Observing & illumination of the finished product (Diagonal, Planarity, Size & Surface etc.).
∎ Set operation schedule, Operation & Maintenance planning of the kiln system.
∎ Maintain the temperature curve as per kiln function and output product.
∎ Maintain the temperature related documentation.
∎ Monitor Dryer loading, Un-loading and dryer Area.
∎ Scrutinize and Solve the kiln & Multi-layer dryer related problem.
∎ Monitor operation of natural gas burner, Combustion blower, Cooling blower, Compressor Air.
∎ IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCED IN QUALITY CONTROL SECTION:-
∎ Shift In-Charge will be responsible for the production and quality in his respective shift right from raw material input and dispatch.
∎ Shift In-Charge is responsible for managing the direct staff in achieving the production and quality targets and ensuring adherence to autonomous maintenance. Functional area should be production and maintenance.
∎ He/s will typically work in manufacturing plants where he supervises workers, oversees maintenance operations and maintains workplace safety.
∎ Preparing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Supervise supervisors, section in charge and workers to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
∎ He/she should be Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
∎ Ensure that goods are produced efficiently with the right cost, ensure production is cost effective and level of quality.
∎ Supervise and maintain the production process, drawing up a production schedule and working out the man and material resources needed, and setting quality standards.
∎ Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers. Work with management to implement the company's policies and goals.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed and to supervise and motivate a team of workers and review worker performance if necessary and required.

∎ IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCED IN SORTING & PACKING SECTION:-
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in sorting line according to specification.
∎ Responsible for sorting items during the production process in factories.
∎ To assist the higher superior.
∎ Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
∎ Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
∎ Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
∎ Inspect materials and sort items or materials into designated areas according to type, size, condition, color.
∎ Sort items on conveyor belt.
∎ Unpack boxes Scan items Sort items into proper bins Package items Label boxes Ship boxes Cleaning area at end of shift.
∎ Remove defective items.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following concern above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
