Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Execute the production operations with proficiently.
∎ 2. Execute production plan as the basis of order, capacity and time schedule.
∎ 3. Prepare necessary recipe for production using approved lab dip.
∎ 4. Shade matching and follow up other quality parameter.
∎ 5. Checking daily dyes & chemicals report, checking QC & final inspection report and giving solution for the problematic batches.
∎ 6. Set and ensure the regular dyeing program.
∎ 7. Follow up dyeing process.
∎ 8. Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage.
∎ 9. Preparing shift wise production report and idle time report through “Orgatex”.
∎ 10. Making every batch lot sheet from Orgatex & find the root cause of every batch shift wise.
∎ 11. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site (5’S).
∎ 12. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ 13. Achieve the shift production target by ensuring proper utilization of machine and man-power.
∎ 14. Maintain a good environment for work.
∎ 15. Assist manager with different plan process to our target production.
∎ 16. Keep update batch visualization board in shift wise.
