∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Layout the Production lines as per product requirement with proper setting up of sewing machines with maximum utilization of folders, attachments and guides.
∎ * Solve the technical issues while setting up the new style to make sure the product quality and productivity as well.
∎ * Introduce new sewing method to improve the productivity as well as quality utilizing maximum utilization of new work aids.
∎ * Direct and control the production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper monitoring with existing sewing process.
∎ * Good knowledge of technical problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ * Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.
∎ * Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise.
∎ * Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ * More than 12 Years practical Experience with Bottoms and Ladies tops ( Woven )
