Educational Requirements:
∎ H.S.C/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Maintenance, Sewing Machine Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
∎ Perform regular maintenance and repairs to all stitching related equipment.
∎ Work with other departments within the facility to solve sewing machine maintenance problems.
∎ Coordinate with sewing machine maintenance section for new machine installation, machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil etc.
∎ Moreover, coordinate with concern technical associate for auxiliary items/machines circuit board related matter as well.
∎ Ensure all machines are always operational & machine down time is minimum.
∎ Follow-up for all out of order machine functional.
∎ Train or instruct operators on proper use and operation of machines.
∎ Able to adjust work schedule as production needs arise.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess good mechanical skills.
∎ Working knowledge of industrial sewing machines in an industrial manufacturing environment.
∎ Knowledgeable in single needle, blind stitch, felling, serge, and automated type machines.
∎ Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic diagrams a plus.
∎ Perform machine setup, trouble shooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.
∎ Be able to diagnose machine problems and make necessary repairs or replacement of worn parts.
∎ Safely use an assortment of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment.
∎ Be able to safely work with electrical, pneumatic, and stored sources of energy.
∎ Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Flexibility and dependability are also required.
∎ Self-Motivated with the desire to excel in performance
∎ Should have proven experience in sewing machine maintenance
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should be well mannered & good Team leader
