Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues.
- Apply soldering and micro-soldering techniques with precision.
- Handle delicate components like LCR, IC, Chips, and Connectors with care.
- Perform advanced repair tasks on PCBA (L1, L2, L3, L4).
- Restore failed units to meet Customer Service requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
