Job Context:
∎ TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd. is a joint venture company.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of motorbike product production service, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have deep product knowledge of 2 wheeler
∎ Must understand functions and operation of parts in the vehicle
∎ Should be able to guide the service team and achieve set targets & develop effective dealer Service.
∎ Preparing & monitoring the Motorcycle sales service schedule, progress status
∎ Frequent visits to service centers around the country
∎ Highlighting achievements, problems, holdups, areas of concern & suggesting service activities. implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in service operations, and improve quality standards.
∎ Ensuring application training/Product Training to all external and internal customers, Partners Providing inputs/insights /analysis to the field team enabling them to plan better/ set operational changes to achieve business objectives
∎ Execute of Planned training calendar on OJTs (by roll-out engineers).
∎ Any other job assigned by the authority, to safeguard the interest of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma in Marketing will be an advantage
∎ At least 8 years (s) experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Motorbike Company - technical service support for assembling, Production Management & Administration.

Basic Salary Tk. 1,76,000.00
House Rent Tk.30,000.00

Medical Allowance Tk. 10,000.00
