Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ The candidate who is experienced in accounts and financial management will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Office Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Communication, Customer Service Management, Managing a team
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delegating and directing day-to-day service tasks, monitoring, and managing service unit's staff to ensure the unit's objectives and targets are met.
∎ Day-to-day accounts update after day closing
∎ Handling parties/clients' complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good relationships
∎ Performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating records, processing services orders, and tracking inventory of stores
∎ Maintaining service desk and resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
∎ Maintaining strong relationships with parties, clients, and staff.
∎ Helping to train new employees in the center's procedures.
∎ In addition, obeying the directions time to time given by the Managing Director

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with private companies, NGOs, and government.
∎ Valid Motor Cycle driving license
∎ The candidate who is experienced in accounts and financial management will be given preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ The first three months of the selected candidate will be treated as a probationary period. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be made permanent.
