Job Context:
∎ MM Computer is looking for a Service Manager for the service department.
∎ The candidate Must have sound knowledge of IT, Total IT solutions, IT products. And must have a strong support-minded attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assign and direct service tasks, monitoring the progress, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
∎ Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
∎ Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
∎ Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives.
∎ Anticipate service associate needs using proper leadership techniques and proven problem-solving methods.
∎ Have a full working knowledge of the service to respond to every customer and service associate inquiry.
∎ Develop a standard operating procedure handbook and a marketable service catalog for customers.
∎ Handling clients' complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good relationships.
∎ Act as the primary contact for all customer queries and issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the top management.
