Experience:
Service & Maintenance Operations
Carry out routine preventive maintenance of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Split AC, etc.) as per schedule.
Attend breakdown calls promptly and perform troubleshooting and rectification of faults.
Prepare and maintain detailed service reports for all visits.
Ensure minimum downtime and optimal performance of equipment.
Technical Support
Diagnose system errors or faults using technical manuals and tools.
Support the execution team during installation & commissioning when required.
Ensure correct refrigerant charging, electrical testing, and system balancing.
Customer Relationship & AMC Management
Maintain strong communication with clients regarding service updates, maintenance schedules, and recommendations.
Support in renewal and upselling of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily service logs, preventive maintenance records, and fault reports.
Submit monthly service summaries to the Service Manager.
Record spare parts usage and maintain stock requisition records.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE during work.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to management.
