Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for all tasks related to installation of the Jewellery sector machine, likes , XRF Spectrometer, Laser Marking Machine, Laser Cutting Machine, Laser Welding Machine, Melting Machine etc.
Troubleshooting of the machine and computer.
Calibration XRF Spectrometer Machine
Train customers and end user on equipment/software operation and maintenance.
Provide guidance on the best practices to optimize equipment /software
Provide technical support to customers via phone, online remote, email ,visits
