Job Context & Responsibilities
ACI Motors is looking for a Service Engineer (Refurbishment)- Foton to be based at Head Office (HQ), responsible for coordinating nationwide vehicle refurbishment and major repair activities. The role involves analyzing repair estimations, managing approvals, ensuring timely spare parts supply, monitoring repair progress, and supporting field teams to ensure on-time delivery with required quality standards. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential for analysis and reporting, along with readiness for field visits when required.
Major Responsibilities are -
1. Collect captured vehicle repair estimations from field teams.
2. Analyse repair estimations to ensure cost effectiveness and identify required transfers.
3. Prepare and process refurbishment and repair approvals.
4. Share approved scopes with field force and ensure proper communication.
5. Coordinate and ensure timely supply of required spare parts nationwide.
6. Monitor repair progress across all regions to ensure on-time completion.
7. Maintain accurate data records for analysis and reporting.
8. Provide technical support to field teams when required.
Conduct physical visits to different locations to facilitate complex repair activities.
10. Ensure timely delivery of refurbished vehicles while maintaining service quality standards.
