Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in printing & photocopier servicing field.

  • Demonstrable expertise in servicing multiple brands like Kyocera, Epson, Pantum, Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, HP, and Brother.

  • Strong understanding of print management solutions and software.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Willing to travel as and when required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide expert field support for a diverse range of printing and copier brands, including but not limited to Kyocera, Epson, Pantum, Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, HP and Brother.

  • Manage comprehensive printer, copier, Multifunctional device services.

  • Able to installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of various printing and copying equipment & Technologies.

  • Implement and manage Print Management Solutions to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness for clients.

  • Conduct accurate Estimations for service, repairs and Maintenance.

  • Provide Team Management and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

  • Efficiently handle and resolve service ticketing issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding service status, technical issues, and solutions.

  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all service activities.

  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends in the printing and copier industry.
