Responsibilities & Context:
- Performing regular inspections, tune-ups, and maintenance tasks on motorcycles to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and technical issues with motorcycles, and performing repairs as needed.
- Interacting with customers to understand their concerns, provide estimates for repairs, and address any questions or issues they may have regarding their motorcycles.
- Offering technical assistance and guidance to customers on motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are performed to high-quality standards and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions, for billing and warranty purposes.
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in motorcycle technology, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others, as well as ensuring the safety of the motorcycles being serviced.
