• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms,Packaging Industry

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control panels.
• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN is an advantage.
• PLC programming knowledge (Siemens, Delta, Rockwell, etc.) will be a strong plus.
• Must be proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.
• Experience in packaging machinery, industrial automation, or electrical system installation is preferred.

Job Context:

System Engineering Ltd. is a leading industrial automation and engineering company in Bangladesh. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Service Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) to support our  machinery division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of industrial packaging machines across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and participate in the installation and erection of industrial machinery at customer sites.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of machines before handover.
• Coordinate with foreign engineers during the installation and commissioning of machines.
• Manage spare parts sourcing, inventory, and client support.
• Provide after-sales service, technical support, and training to clients.
• Visit customer factories regularly for maintenance and to foster relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in packaging automation.
• Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team for project coordination.
