Additional Requirements:

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, calibrate, and maintain IVD analyzers (e.g., Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology).
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Respond promptly to service calls and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Perform preventive maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain service logs, documentation, and customer reports.
Coordinate with the sales and application teams for seamless customer support.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in diagnostic technology.
