Educational Requirements:
∎ Co - Ordination with Engineering team to guide and motivate them as necessary.
∎ Receiving customer's complaint for specific problem. To Prepare and maintain service schedule.
∎ Distribution of the responsibilities among Engineers according to the customer's complaint.
∎ Implementing proper strategy for smooth service of the customers.
∎ Able to coordinate with sales & service team for day to day affairs for sales & service related issues.
∎ Strictly follow up for spares parts and annual maintenance contract related issues with customers.
∎ To plan, monitor and assess orders from the initial stage to buyer's approval.
∎ Ability to work under direct supervision of top management. Extensive reporting required according to the job requirement.
∎ Ensuring quality service to the customers through responding customers call immediately.
∎ Perform any others task assigned by the top management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
