Educational Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Vendor or Training citification in MCSA, RHCSA, RHCE, CCNA MikroTik.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Server Administrator, who will be responsible for managing, monitoring & upgrading Web Servers and its services, checking server uptime & server loads, working with Linux based hosting control panels, CDN`s and Digital Customer Service Management etc.
∎ Weekly Holiday: 2 Days
∎ Office time: 9 AM to 6 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer our customers' servers and provide them with immediate assistance
∎ Identify and solve problems on the servers: DNS, security (spam, DDoS, firewalls), performance tuning, Apache, IIS, MySQL, control panels (WebsitePanel,Plesk, Cpanel and others hosting panel)
∎ Manage emergencies involving unreachable servers (commonly called "downs")
∎ Provide unparalleled customer service by phone and email
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone and electronic help desk
∎ Prioritize requests to be addressed, and tickets
∎ Escalate tickets to your colleagues as necessary in order to meet resolution deadlines
∎ Contribute to knowledge sharing by writing articles for our knowledge base and our documentation system
∎ Act as a liaison between technical support and other departments
∎ Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues
∎ Linux & Windows system and process monitoring
∎ Operating system and application installation/configuration
∎ Performing scheduled maintenance tasks
∎ Providing customer support over email, ticket, phone and others media.
∎ Develop technical plans in coordination with the Technical Team to achieve revenue goals.
∎ Continuous skill development in Web Services & Securities relates technologies
∎ (e.g: Plesk, WHM/cPanel, JetBackup, Apache, LiteSpeed, BitNinja, SSL Certificates, CDN etc.)
∎ Work with various Linux distributions using CLI.
∎ Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
∎ Input and track leads in an established WHMC system and others CRM.
∎ Complete any assigned task by line manager in due time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Database Administrator (DBA), Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Customer Support, IT System Management, Security Management of IT System
∎ Knowledge in Open source& ecommerce Tools e.g Wordpress, joomla, opencart, zencart, magento, prestashop, Os-Commerce
∎ Must have minimum 1 years' experience in hosting company
∎ You must be a multi-task at a time.
∎ English language proficiency and great communication skills is a must
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision
∎ Experience with Linux and Windows servers
∎ Experience in customer service
∎ Excellent working knowledge of RPM-based package management systems
∎ Knowledge of Linux processes and operating system structure & heirarchy
∎ Phenomenal communication skills (written and verbal)
∎ One year of cPanel experience
∎ One-year previous command-line experience, or two years of equivalent college-level coursework
