∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify past-due invoices.
∎ Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to follow up on overdue payments.
∎ Research and resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
∎ Process and record customer payments in the accounting system using respective software (e.g., QuickBooks, WHMCS, Tally. ERP 9 - whichever is applicable).
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, post journal entries, and manage transactions.
∎ Monitor the collection of due payments and maintain up-to-date customer records.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the Accounts Head.
∎ Handle VAT, TAX, TDS, and corporate tax filings as per Bangladesh laws.
∎ Prepare and maintain a fixed assets register and oversee inventory movement.
∎ Process supplier and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and ensure proper banking operations.
∎ Submit physical bills and collect payments (cash or cheque) from clients.
∎ Deposit cash & cheque in the respective company bank account.
∎ Manage daily petty cash transactions and justify expenses through proper requisitions.
∎ Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and operational expenses.
∎ Ensure accurate recording and invoicing of all sales transactions in the automated billing system.
∎ Reconcile daily cash receipts with system records and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Collaborate with Senior Accounts Admin and internal teams for seamless financial operations.
∎ Assist in audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly salary statements and process payroll transactions.
∎ Maintain relationships with corporate clients by preparing and managing bills and collections.
∎ Perform any other assignments given by management/line manager to support business operations.
∎ We are seeking an Executive - Admin and Accounts to join our Accounts/Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, financial operations, compliance, and administrative tasks as outlined in the Job Responsibilities section.
∎ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
∎ Weekend: Friday & 2 Alternative Saturday.
