Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth Mutual Fund operations complying with all internal controls, regulatory, and management requirements
∎ Data Analytical Skill and technology know-how to implement & integrate best market practices and state-of-the-art technology platforms for continuous process improvement and optimum level of investor satisfaction
∎ Ensure best rating in respect to Internal Audit and Operational Risk Management through flawless Operational processes as per SOP & KYC / AML policy as well as ensuring Regulatory Compliance and TAT
∎ Lead the Operations team to set individual objectives, review performance appraisals, and provide ongoing feedback on a formal and informal basis so that the team is aware of what they are required to achieve and how they are performing against their job objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Capital Market will be given preference
∎ Excellent interpersonal &communication skills
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and systems.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
