Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an innovative "Senior Web Developer (Full Stack Developer- PHP)" to work as software developers and software engineers to ensure the development of our running projects, and to guide our junior developers.
∎ Working Hours:
∎ 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
∎ Weekly: 5 days.
∎ Weekend: Friday, Saturday.
∎ Office: Mirpur-11, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
∎ Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
∎ Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
∎ Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
∎ Testing and examining code written by others and analysing results
∎ Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
∎ Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes'
∎ Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
∎ Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance
∎ Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements
∎ Write clean, well-documented, robust, and reusable code.
∎ Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6+ years of industry experience, supervisory experience is a plus
∎ The applicants should have experience in Software Engineering with web applications.
∎ Knowledge and Skills:
∎ Strong knowledge in S.O.L.I.D. principle and expert in PHP, OOP, MVC, and JavaScript.
∎ Experience at least one PHP framework Laravel/Symfony/Codeigniter.
∎ Experience with a JavaScript framework (React/ VueJS/ Angular).
∎ Deep knowledge of Relational Database Systems (RDS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elastic computing is a plus.
∎ Experience with REST APIs, Git version control system and package management tools.
∎ Relational database performance optimizations.
∎ Should have experience in integrating 3rd party APIs like Google map, payment gateways, service APIs, etc.
∎ Team management skills
∎ Experience with mock up and UI prototyping tools
∎ Good knowledge of design patterns.
